Here at Blue Infusion we cater for all occasions. Our Events Coordinator will provide you with a friendly, personalised service. We can assist you from your initial enquiry, through to the planning process and throughout the event.

Our cafe is available for high tea from 12:30pm to 2:30pm every Saturday and Sunday.
Minimum of 12 people are required, please inform us of any dietary requirements at time of booking.

Sit Down Menu – choose from the following selection, we can do alternate drop on request.
- Salt & Pepper Squid with roasted tomatoes and rocket
- Caesar salad with crispy bacon, parmesan, croutons & a poached egg
- Three cheese polenta bites with harissa sour cream
- Garlic prawn cutlets with creamy garlic sauce and toasted Turkish bread
- Chicken supreme with kipfler potatoes, corn puree and chorizo
- Herb crusted salmon on a bed of buckwheat & labna foam
- Tender sirloin of steak, wilted spinach, rosemary croquets and salsa verde
- Twice cooked pork belly served with apple sauce on a butternut pumpkin puree
- Homemade citrus tart, strawberries, coconut ice cream
- Individual pavlova, fresh berries and strawberry parfait
- Hazelnut brownie, raspberries, nutella soil and vanilla bean ice cream

Private Functions can be held daily from 5:30pm to 12:30am. Blue Infusion can set up to 90 guests.
